Base Facility Rental Pricing:

(Unless otherwise noted, prices include space only with no additional amenities; 4 hrs. event time + 2 hrs. setup/cleanup)

Ballroom (includes use of tables and chairs to be set up by the Museum)

- Full Room (max 80-150 depending on setup)- $1000

- Large Side (max 50)- $500

- Small Side (max 30)- $300

Bandstand- $75/ hr.

Rotary Pavilion (max 50)- $100/ hr. (includes use of picnic tables in standard setup; total charge based on time used; setup/cleanup time priced same as event hours)

Village Green (max 350)- $3,500 (requires closing of museum)

Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church (max 30)- $800 (includes use of wooden pews for seating; 2 hrs. event time + 2 hrs. setup/cleanup)


Additional event time, caterer use of commercial kitchen, use of dressing/staging room, dance floor, and/or museum closure available for additional fees. For further details, please contact info@bnhv.org
