Buffalo Niagara Heritage Village offers a unique venue for corporate events, weddings, and special occasions. Please note, all caterers must be licensed and insured to serve in NYS. Please contact us for a personalized quote.

 

Types of Rentals

Have your meeting in a historic setting! Our corporate package includes use of our Conference Room or Ballroom for up to four hours, audio/visual equipment, and admission to the Museum and Village for all attendees during open business hours. Maximum 30 - 100 guests, dependent on space.

Pricing begins at $250.00. Non-profit discounts and in-kind trades available.

Buffalo Niagara Heritage Village is the perfect place for your corporate picnic, family reunion, or summer get-together! Picnics have use of our Rotary Pavilion or green spaces for up to four hours, and admission to the Museum and Village for all guests during open hours. Parties have use of our picnic tables, tables, and benches. Maximum 35 - 100 guests, dependent on space.

Celebrate and learn at Buffalo Niagara Heritage Village! Birthday parties are a complete package for your little one. Staff will give an age-appropriate tour of selected areas, lead the group in a historic activity of your choice, and wrap up with cake and presents! Rentals lasts up to 2.5 hours.

    • No homemade items may be served
    • No alcohol is permitted
  • Tour of selected buildings with attendees, and historic activity of your choice

    • Free admission to Museum and Village during on the day of your event for all attendees
    • One free admission pass for each child as a party favor

 

 

Make your party truly special! Special occasion parties can rent the Ballroom for up to four hours, and receive free admission to the Museum and Village for all guests during open business hours. Parties have use of our tables, chairs, and audio/visual equipment.

Celebrate your upcoming joy! Buffalo Niagara Heritage Village is an ideal place for bridal showers and baby showers. Picnics have use of a selection of indoor and outdoor spaces for two to four hours (dependent on package), and admission to the Museum and Village for all guests during open hours. Parties have use of our picnic tables, tables, and benches. Maximum 50 - 100 guests, dependent on space.

Buffalo Niagara Heritage Village has four wedding packages, ranging from $500 – $2,500. These packages include options for a wedding ceremony, a ceremony and cocktail reception, and a wedding with a full reception. Contact BNHV for more information about these packages.

Wedding Ceremony (Outdoor)

Wedding Ceremony (Indoor)

    • Ballroom
  • Duration
    • 2 hours with up to 2 additional hours set up and clean up time

    • Use of chairs for seating
    • Maximum 150 guests
    • Audio/Visual equipment available
    • Space can be decorated wthin reasonable limitations
    • Use of Tea Room for staging area included in fee

Wedding Ceremony (Historic)

    • Trinity Lutheran Evangelical Church
  • Duration
    • 2 hours with up to 2 additional hours set up and clean up time
  • Space Details
    • Use of wooden pews for seating. No additional seating may be used.
      • For those wishing to hve the ceremony outside of the church, use of wooden benches for seating is available
  • Maximum 35 guests
      • For those wishing to have the ceremony outside of the church, maximum of 75 guests
    • Space can be decorated within curatorial guidelines
    • Use of Tea Room for staging area included in fee

    • Includes Village access for photographly immediately prior to or immediately following event

The Essentials: $1,000

Wedding Ceremony and Reception

      • Only one location included in fee
  • Duration
    • 3 hours, with up to 2 additional hours set up and clean up time
  • Space Details
    • Depending on location, between 50-150 peole
    • Use of our tables and chairs
    • Space can be decorated within reasonable limits
    • Security required for the duration of the event. Parties must arrange for their own security
  • Package Details
    • Use of Ballroom, Bandstand, or Trinity Lutheran Evangelical Church for ceremony
    • Access to space prior to the event for set up and decoration
  • Benefits
    • Access to Historic Village and Farmstead for photographs either immediately before or immediately following the event
