We learn something new from the bees every time we open up a hive! Join us in the apiary for a hands-on experience where we'll open up a hive together and see what the bees can teach us.
While this class is appropriate for those brand new to beekeeping, it is for anyone that desires a deeper look into the hive. We'll cover the basic things that we are looking for when doing inspections, do typical seasonal maintenance, and share what we have learned over the years keeping bees.
Space is extremely limited for this class in order to keep the group small and allow for more hive time.
Additional Details: Participant must provide their own protective gear (Suits & Gloves)
