COLLECTIONS
Buffalo Niagara Heritage Village (BNHV) is home to a collection of over 40,000 artifacts and 18,000 archival items relevant to the agricultural history and rural heritage of the Buffalo Niagara region.
BNHV can conduct searches of our Collections upon request. These search requests carry a minimum fee of $25 per hour for non-members and $20 per hour for members. All fees go directly to the care and support of our Collection.

THE AMHERST LIBRARY AND READING ROOM
BNHV is proud to announce the Amherst Library & Reading Room as the newest addition to the Susan Grelick Amherst Historical Wing at BNHV.
The library collection features books on Amherst history, census records, church records, Amherst tax rolls, family files, and subject files. Researchers can also access the Amherst Bee, from 1879 to 2012, on microfilm.
Appointments for self-guided reseach are now being accepted. To schedule an appointment, please email library@bnhv.org. Please note, appointments are required.
