Where does the food we eat come from? How can I make my own garden,
regardless of where I live? Come find out the answers to these questions and more at our Gardening Basics Scout Program. Participants in this program will:

● Learn about different ways to garden.
● Visit and learn about our different gardens
● Learn how to choose garden plants.
● Learn about good bugs and bad bugs in your garden.
● Plant your own small container garden to take home.

All Scouts are welcome to attend this program. Participation in this program will meet some of the requirements for Daisy Girl Scouts’ Welcome to the Daisy Flower Garden Badge, Junior Girl Scouts’ Gardener Badge, Lion Cub Scouts’ Ready, Set, Grow Badge, and Boy Scouts’
Gardening Merit Badge .
