Various gowns on display include a Court Dress with chenille embroidery (1889), a two-piece black mourning gown and jacket (1875), an alpaca silk beige gown complete with bustle, ruffles, apron and silk bonnet (1874), silk embroidered dresses from the 1920s and a 1970s pink appliqued gown complete with hat and veil – just to name a few.
