The 32nd Annual Lace Seminar
June 6th – 8th, 2020
The Heritage Village Lace Guild is pleased to announce its 32nd Annual Lace Seminar, June 6th through 8th. On Saturday the public is invited to a morning lecture on Queen Elizabeth’s 1947 wedding gown and veil by award-winning needleworker and historian Gina Maria Kleinmartin, and a day-long Merchants Mall with antique lace, thread, books, and supplies for lacemaking and other needlework. The Saturday class in Limerick embroidered-net lace is designed for beginners, and a two-day or three-day class in Milanese bobbin lace with Louise Colgan is available for people with experience in bobbin lace. Pre-registration is required for the classes, but feel free to walk in for the lecture and merchants.
